Welcome! I am Mrs. Slagle and I am so excited to be your student's 5th grade teacher!  We are going to have an amazing year filled with laughing, learning, and growing! I am excited to get to know each of my students as well as their families this year.

This is my second year teaching, but I have been part of the Etiwanda School District for many years as a parent, as well as a substitute teacher. My own children go/went to East Heritage Elementary so it holds a special place in my heart. I am excited to be part of such an amazing school! I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education at Brandman University and my Master’s degree in teaching at Umass Global. I can’t wait to share my love of education with my students!
