Welcome! I am Mrs. Slagle and I am so excited to be your student's 5th grade teacher! We are going to have an amazing year filled with laughing, learning, and growing! I am excited to get to know each of my students as well as their families this year.

My own children go/went to East Heritage Elementary so it holds a special place in my heart. I love being part of such an amazing school! I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education at Brandman University and my Master’s degree in Teaching at Umass Global.
